About the Role

As an AI Software Development Assistant, you'll directly impact the quality and efficiency of AI-generated code. Your expertise will guide AI in understanding best practices, common pitfalls, and diverse coding paradigms.

Your contributions will include:

  • Reviewing AI-Generated Code: Assessing the functionality, efficiency, and clarity of code snippets produced by AI models.
  • Debugging & Refactoring: Identifying and correcting errors in AI-generated code, and suggesting improvements for structure and performance.
  • Providing Code Examples: Writing high-quality code examples and test cases to train AI on specific programming tasks.
  • Evaluating AI-Generated Documentation: Reviewing and refining AI-created comments, docstrings, or API documentation.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals with strong programming skills and an understanding of software development principles. Ideal candidates often possess:

  • Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.).
  • Familiarity with common coding standards, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Ability to read, understand, and debug complex code.
  • A strong sense of logic, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.

Compensation

Payment rates for core project work by coding experts typically range from 40 USD per hour in the US, reflecting the technical nature of the work. Rates may vary based on your proficiency in specific languages or frameworks, depth of experience, and project complexity. Full payment terms will be provided for each project.
