AI Statistical Data Analyst
Mathematics - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
As an AI Statistical Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the statistical validity of AI outputs and the datasets they process. Your work will ensure the robustness and reliability of AI systems, particularly in areas requiring quantitative rigor.
Your contributions will include:
- Statistical Validation of AI Outputs: Applying statistical tests and methodologies to validate the accuracy and significance of AI-generated insights and predictions.
- Data Integrity Assessment: Analyzing large datasets used for AI training to identify inconsistencies, outliers, and potential biases that could affect model performance.
- Performance Metric Calculation & Interpretation: Calculating and interpreting key statistical performance metrics for AI models, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Experimental Design for AI Testing: Assisting in the design of statistically sound experiments to rigorously test new AI features or model updates.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals with a solid background in statistics or a related quantitative field and excellent data analysis skills. Ideal candidates often possess:
- A degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or a related quantitative discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python with Pandas/SciPy/Statsmodels).
- Strong understanding of hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other core statistical concepts.
- Ability to interpret complex statistical results and communicate them clearly.
Compensation
Payment rates for core project work by statistical data analysts typically range from 42 USD per hour in the US, varying based on your specific statistical expertise, project complexity, and experience level. Full payment terms will be provided for each project.
